In Benue: Pensioner slumps, dies after inability to buy hypertension drugs

A pensioner in Benue State has reportedly slumped and died after his inability to buy drugs to treat hypertension. A Local Government retiree in Benue, Mr. Agada Ocheme, on Sunday, slumped after a fruitless search for money to purchase drugs to treat his ailment. United We Stand! Families of suspected cultists stage protest in Bayelsa State

Justice Naiyi Aganaba, who is the presiding judge in the case insisted that the suspects must provide evidences that they are not a cultists. The family members of 58 people suspected to be cultists in Bayelsa State, have staged a protest asking that the suspects should not be prosecuted.
